Recruit Black Youth

You can provide an opportunity.

We are on a mission to support young Black people into creative and digital roles across the UK. 

We're providing our Black youth with a 6 month training programme that will raise their skill level and job readiness just in time for them to benefit your organisation. We've created a pool of fantastic young people who are seeking work and your organisation could be the perfect place for them to start. 

We know there is a lot more to solving the diversity and inclusion problem than hiring from underrepresented groups, that's why we work with employers to provide training and information sessions on best practice working with Black youth, providing learning and insights from our community of young people.

The benefits of being a Recruitment Partner.

We are solving the diversity problem at your organisation by:
  • ensuring the skill readiness of the youth - through our 6 month programme Black youth access training in creative and digital skills that they can put to work as soon as they get into your company.
  • application process support - we train you youth to develop their portfolios, their CV and cover letter writing skills as well as train them on pitching themselves at interviews.
  • access to a network of your existing employees - we work with recruitment partners to onboard their existing employess as mentors to ensure they have access to current employees at their point of application. 
  • peer-support even after they are hired - isolation is tackled by providing the youth with a strong network of young professionals outside of work as well. 
  • advice on fostering an inclusive workspace - we'll share our best practice with you as well as give you access to training packages designed by our Diversity and Inclusion trainers.

We offer an array of pre-organised training programmes for racialised staff, non-racialised staff and leadership within the organisation. We also have the capacity to develop customised training programmes for your organisation upon request. ​

The time to change is now. We have developed a methodology that ensures the success of your employees through our training programmes.

​We call it ASAP:
  • Awareness: your employees will have a good understanding of their strengths and weaknesses as well as their short, mid and long term career goals. 
  • Self-actualisation: we know there is no linear career path and we teach to support the development of skills that can be used in multiple contexts for that reason. 
  • Activation: through case studies, simulations and short-term projects, we provide training that will stay with them when they’re under pressure. 
  • Personalisation: we develop training with personalisation in mind. We are sensitive to the needs of individual employees so that we can ensure their success throughout, and after, the program.
