While there is no one size fits all to solve those issues, there are real unsuspecting Black youth entering in difficult industries each year with no one to help them navigate the industry.

We all know that your network is your net worth. You can help raise the net worth of the young people that have been through our training programmes by sharing the story of your work in your industry and role thus far. We'll set it up, provide the training you need and support you to engage with our young people effectively in a way that best suits you.

• Group conversations about the nuts and bolts of your industry
• CV reviewing to join your company or a similar company
• Group conversations about you and your career journey
• 1-2-1 conversations about you and your career journey
• 30min skills workshop to share your knowledge
• Before you begin actively volunteering with us, there is an onboarding and training process that will support you to be a real asset to the young people on our programme.
