Once you're registered we begin working to find you relevant tools and opportunities to help you on your career journey. 

• Drop into career chats with our career coaches.
• Join mentor mornings where you'll speak to someone who is experienced in the career you want.​

After you're in the revolution, you may find that there's a gap between the skills you have and the skills you need to get your goals.

• Join a skills workshop with one of our skilled trainers.
• Get a scholarship to a certified course provided by one of our partners in the tech or creative field.

​When you're ready, you can start accessing work placements either as a volunteer or as a paid member of the team. 

• Get access to some of the best companies in the UK for short placements. 
• Apply for jobs at companies that are committed to diversity and inclusion in their teams.

Upcoming: Get trained for a job in the Creative or Digital sectors.

Are you Black, aged 18-24 and living in Wandsworth, Lambeth, Lewisham or Southwark? We have partnered with the boroughs to provide a training programme that will increase your chances of getting a job in the creative or digital industries. 
How long is the programme: 6 months
What it will cover (you can choose one strand to focus on): 

• Video and Audio 
• Visuals and Design  
• Web Development 
• Content Marketing

When will it start: applications will open in January 2021 and the programme will start in March 2021.
How many hours a week is the programme: its a committment of 5 hours a week.
Key Programme outcomes: get access to industry insiders, learn a new skill that will make you job ready, learn how to get to job, keep the job and become a leader in your workplace.
